Vinyasa Yoga is a full-body experience. It builds dynamic strength and improves balance and flexibility through low-impact workouts, and clears the mind with breathing techniques and relaxing meditation. You can apply Vinyasa Yoga on and off the mat: Yoga improves performance in other activities like walking, hiking, running, cycling, horseback riding, and parenting :)
Life-long health does not come from cookie-cutter fad diets or even just physical practice alone. Because each individual is balanced differently and has unique needs, we will work together to nourish the body and mind to help you achieve your goals in fitness, health and life!
Our motto at NOURISH Yoga is: Breathe, Bend and Be Happy
My passion is to spend time Nourishing my students, and help each individual accomplish personalized goals. We all get swept away in our busy daily lives, often losing touch with what our bodies and minds need in order to feel our best.
My passion is to spend time nourishing my students and help each individual accomplish personalized goals. We all get swept away in our busy daily lives, often losing touch with what our bodies and minds need in order to feel our best. I am passionate about caring for people, nutrition, and embracing an Ayurvedic lifestyle. Daily yoga practice has helped me in my own life, and now I want to share its benefits with others.
I have 2 little ones, and an amazing supportive husband who dabbles in yoga too. They are my light and my drive. We have a small farm close to Hermiston, OR. I love horseback riding, hiking, running, practicing Okinawan karate, cooking, gardening, and of course yoga. Yoga has been a tool for me mentally, emotionally and physically. I started practicing yoga in high school and decided to pursue my teaching certification in 2016. I am a 200-hour RYT certified instructor through Yoga Alliance and continue to expand my knowledge and practice.
